All Stepwell orders ship from our fulfillment center in the United States. We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not yet available but is coming sign up for our email list to be the first to know when it launches.

Once your order has been picked, packed, and handed to the carrier, we're unable to make changes. In that case, you can initiate a return or exchange once the order is delivered.

We stand behind the quality of every pair of socks we make. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item isunused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email us at scott@enduringbrands.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once issued. Sstepwell are made from a premium blend of 62% Bamboo Viscose, 28% Nylon, and 10% Spandex. The Bamboo Viscose provides the softness and breathability; the Nylon adds durability and structure to hold the sock's shape wash after wash; and the Spandex delivers the stretch and graduated compression that keeps the sock snug and supportive all day long.

With proper care, most Stepwell customers find their socks hold their shape, compression, and color vibrancy for 6–12 months of regular daily wear. The key factors are: washing cold on a gentle cycle, air drying or tumble drying on low, avoiding bleach, and not putting them in a hot dryer. Rotating between 2–3 pairs also significantly extends the life of each individual pair by reducing daily wear and tear.

Stepwell socks feature a flat, low-profile toe seamthat sits along the top of the toe rather than across the toe box, minimizing friction and irritation during long wear. Most customers find them comfortable even in snug-fitting shoes. If you're particularly sensitive to toe seams, we'd recommend trying the S or M size first so the toe box fits close without bunching.

Machine wash cold on the gentle or delicate cycle using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softener bleach damages the Bamboo Viscose fibers and softener can reduce moisture-wicking performance over time. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to air dry. Do not iron. For best results, wash your socks inside-out this protects the outer surface and helps your chosen colorway stay bold and vibrant for much longer.

Stepwell socks are dyed using colorfast processes specifically designed to hold up through regular washing. With proper care cold water, gentle cycle, inside-out, no bleach the colors remain vibrant for 6+ months of regular wear. The biggest enemies of color vibrancy are hot water, high dryer heat, and bleach-based detergents. Avoid those three and your socks will look bold for a long time.

We recommend low heat only. High heat in the dryer breaks down the Spandex fibers over time, which reduces the stretch and compression effectiveness of the sock. It can also cause shrinkage and weaken. Air drying is always the best option for maximum sock longevity, but low-heat tumble drying is perfectly fine if you're in a hurry.

We recommend washing your Stepwell socks after every wear. The Bamboo Viscose naturally resists odor, but for hygiene and to maintain the compression performance of the fabric, daily washing is best. Because they're machine washable and dry quickly, building them into your regular laundry routine is easy. Having 2–3 pairs in rotation means you always have a fresh pair ready.
